Writing an inclusive advert

Trained in inclusive advert writing, we will be mindful of language to ensure all genders, races and ages feel engaged to apply. We will also discuss key criteria and your organisation's commitment to EDI.

Advertising

It's important to reach as wide an audience as possible for your advert. We will share your role on job boards, monitor all responses and deal with any queries. You vacancy will be posted on 15 job boards including: CV Library, Reed, Total Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn and Indeed.

Submission

We will send you all suitable candidates on the agreed date. This includes any supporting documentation you have requested (just be mindful that with the increase of AI, we recommend to not rely on cover letters).

What will it cost?

We will charge you a flat fee which is invoiced on the day the advert goes live.

£350 for all responses sent directly to you.

£500 for responses to be sifted by us and only relevant ones sent to you.
