Sharing
It's important to reach as wide an audience as possible for your advert. We will share your role across our networks, monitor all responses and deal with any queries.
Interview
We will interview candidates against your specific requirements and discuss their motivations for looking, notice period, salary expectations and whether any reasonable adjustments would be helpful.
Sift
We will sift through all applications and send you the best candidates on the agreed date. This includes any supporting documentation you have requested (just be mindful that with the increase of AI, we recommend to not rely on cover letters).
Decline application
No-one likes to be rejected, but it is a very important part of the recruitment process. We encourage you to reach out to ALL applications with an update on their progress. Please let us know if you would like help/advice on this.
What will it cost?
We will charge you 8% of the full-time salary (if this is a banding, we will use the starting figure).
